GE-branded Ultra Seal Pro Kitchen & Bath Siliconized Acrylic Latex (MAKB310WT) is an advanced-grade caulk. Formulated with BioSeal Antimicrobial Mold-Control, cured caulk is resistant to stain-causing mold and mildew growth. It is the professionals choice for applications in moisture-prone areas and is great for sealing a wide range of kitchen and bathroom projects such as sinks, tubs, showers, fixtures, countertops, backsplashes and additional plumbing applications. Adheres to common kitchen and bath materials including most metals, plastics and woods, glass, drywall, plaster, granite, cultured marble, porcelain tile, natural stone, cement board, composites, formica, fiberglass, aluminum, and painted surfaces. This low odor, low VOC (meets CARB VOC limits), and paint-friendly caulk will not cause cracking or fading of most latex and oil-based paints. Ultra Seal Pro caulk exceeds ASTM C-834 for a strong, durable seal that can withstand frequent cleaning and provide long-lasting results.
